NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by RealChanceRaffles LLC, located at PO Box 154 481 S Oxford Valley Rd. Fairless Hills, PA 19030 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

"Person" (e.g., same name, address, email, phone, or payment method may be treated as the same person at Sponsor's discretion.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at [2/1/26/20:00, EST] and ends at [2/28/26/20:00, EST] (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within this period or before the total entry cap (see Section 5) is reached, whichever comes first.

4. How to Enter

Paid Entry: Visit RealChanceRaffles.com during the Sweepstakes Period and purchase an entry for $5. Each paid entry will be automatically recorded.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To get 1 entry without making a purchase, legibly handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and giveaway prize on a plain white 3”x5” postcard (no envelopes). Mail the postcard to:

Mail-in entries must be received by the Sweepstakes close or before the total entry cap is reached, whichever comes first. One free entry per giveaway.

5. Entry Limits

• Maximum of 10 entries per person total, whether paid, AMOE, or a combination of both.

• Sweepstakes is capped at a total of 1000 entries combined.

• Important Note: Once 1000 total entries (paid and AMOE) are received, no further entries will be accepted, regardless of purchase or postmark date.

• Attempts to circumvent limits (multiple accounts, etc.) may result in voided entries and/or disqualification.

• One Free Entry Per Giveaway.

Prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitutions will be allowed, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Taxes, Fees, and Shipping

All federal, state, and local taxes, shipping costs, title, transfer, and registration fees related to the prize will be paid in full by the Sponsor. The winner will not be required to pay any additional costs associated with receiving the prize.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. (Example: If 1000 entries are received, each entry has a 1 in 1000 chance of winning.)

9. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about 2/28/26. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

The potential winner will be notified by [email/phone] within 5-7 days. If the potential winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

10. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (b) technical errors; or (c) unauthorized human intervention.

12. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of the prize.

13. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law.
